Raw cashew nuts are naturally fallen and handpicked by farmers. In raw form, they contain 15–20% moisture. The expert team at Antaeus does on-site quality check to ensure that we trade the best of them. Our process includes sun-drying the nuts, packing and storage, loading and stuffing, shipping and documentation, clearance and forwarding, and quality assurance.

Derived from the shea tree, which naturally grows in the dry savannah belt of West Africa, the shea nut is collected and processed by grinding and crushing to make shea butter, which has many uses in cosmetic and nutrition industries.

Sesame is a flowering plant grown in Africa and parts of India. The plant is hugely naturalized in tropical areas around the world for the cultivation of its seeds. The seeds are then protected inside capsules, which burst when they fully ripen. A high-value cash crop, sesame seeds are a rich source of oil, without additional nutrients such as carbohydrates, protein, Vitamin B, and minerals like iron, calcium, zinc, magnesium, and phosphorus.

A staple food for a majority of the human population, rice contains a high calorific value and is grown in regions with high rainfall. Antaeus trades in all kinds of white rice, such as long-grain rice, basmati rice, glutinous rice, jasmine rice, medium grain rice, quick cook rice, risotto rice, sushi rice, etc. Also, we go the extra mile with the trading of parboiled rice, which is a processed version that is soaked, steamed and dried before milling and polishing. Parboiled rice retains vitamins and minerals better than standard white rice and is more golden in color.

Sugar is the most commonly-used soluble carbohydrate that is added to various food and beverage items to add sweetness. Antaeus deals in all forms of sugars, namely brown sugar, granulated sugar, invert sugar, liquid sugar, low-calorie sugar, milled sugar, molasses, sugar cubes, etc. We also ensure that all kinds of sugar traded are ICUMSA-approved.
